|After over 20 years of representing labor unions, employers and Taft-Hartley funds in arbitration hearings, Rick McNeill is now a full-time labor, employment, and employee benefits law arbitrator and mediator, and is available to help resolve your workplace disputes. In addition to serving as an arbitrator and mediator, Rick continues to teach courses on labor and employment law, collective bargaining, alternative dispute resolution, and compensaition and benefits. He is currently an adjunct professor of Sociology at St. Joseph's University in Philadephia, PA.
Rick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from St. Joesph's University in 1979, and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law in 1985. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylania and the District of Columbia.
